At Chaser World, every piece is created with purpose. Many of our products are available through preorder, allowing us to focus on quality production and exclusive releases.

Preorder Processing & Production

All Chaser World items are currently sold as preorders.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for production and processing before your order ships. Production times may vary slightly depending on demand, holidays, or special releases.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States.

Order Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Chaser World is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Chaser World is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, production and shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. If there are significant delays with your order, we will provide updates as soon as possible.
